10. Marriage Registration Specifics
   1.    Online registration: Marriage registration can only be done in person at the Civil Registry (Justice House). Both parties must be present.
   2.    Registration time: The process can be completed the same day or on a date chosen by the couple, usually within 2–3 hours.
   3.    Duplicate certificate: It is possible to request a duplicate certificate if the original is lost, damaged, or needed for other reasons.
   4.    International recognition: The marriage certificate may require an apostille or legalization to be legally recognized abroad.
   5.    Registration speed: Marriage can be registered the same day if all documents are ready.
   6.    Cases when registration is not allowed: Registration is not allowed for minors, close relatives, already married persons, without voluntary consent, or for same-sex couples.

11. Dispute Resolution
   •    Any disputes arising from these Terms or the use of services will be governed by Georgian law.
   •    Parties will first try to resolve disputes through negotiation.
   •    Court disputes will be resolved under the jurisdiction of Georgian courts.
